LETTER OF AGREEMENT.


FROM THE STATION OWNER:

A.  I Darryl Breffe (DBA) C JOY INTERNET RADIO.COM, will pay to any sales person 25pc commission for the life of any contract.

B.  Commission will be paid on monies received for each account.

C.  Commition will be issued by check each month.


FROM THE SALES PERSON:

A.  I agree not to change any provisions of any contract presented to a client for approval and signature.

B.  I agree to consult the station owner with reguards to making any changes that may effect the life of any contract.

C.  I agree not to charge clients any additional monies for advertising, mailing, set-up fees, etc.

D.  I agree to pay taxes on commisions received under provisions of the I.R.S. code.

E.  I understand that if I violate any provisions of this agreement, my sales position will be terminated immediately.
